Now we have to decide on how to get the orders placed and shipped. We would prefer that someone from your group collects all the monies and we do it all at once. If that is not possible, then each person can mail in their payment to us individually. That process will take a little longer, as we would need to wait for the initial 15 to start making any.

Just let us know how you want to do this, and we can post the information onto the post.

I think we should pick a day and we each send in our money ourselves all at same time...it should be easyer with people all over the state wanting 1 or 2 or even 5 and they can have them sent to their addrress....sounds like they need 15 NE people to order before they start making and shipping....

If everyone satisfied with the covers we should proceed, this the last chance for revision.

At this point we do not have a real club or treasurer.
I would suggest that we ask those that are ordering to post if they could get there order to Bonz by the first by posting replies to this message. Once you see 15 covers on order send payment to Bonz for your covers. I don't think bonz will have any problem with a second order.
I would be happy to pick-up my cover anywhere it's mailed to in SE Nebr or deliver if there mailed here. I'll shoot this message to Bonz and Rhonda for review.
