Does anyone know if it is bike night again at the Red Eye? I am not going to KC next week so weather permitting I was planning to debut the ride at the Red Eye on Wed.
Chip - your a man about town do you know?
Also if it is - who wants to meet me there?

I assume that you are talking about tomorrow night. It is supposed to thunderstorm in the morning. Temp is supposed to be low to mid 50's. I want to see that bike, but it would be a shame to get it all dirty the first time out.
If it isn't raining and the roads have dried up a bit, I will meet you tomorrow at the Red Eye.

No problem. Sure, I'm up for an outing on Wednesday night the 6th. Hopefully we get more weather like the last couple of days. :D

Yep, Bike Night is on Wednesday nights at the Red Eye. Also, Flashbacks (across 84th st from the Red Eye) has a custom/classic car show on Wednesday nights too. The car show is earlier than bike night. So, I usually hit the car show first, and then make it over to Red Eye. All the bikes from Flashbacks usually head over to the Red Eye at around 7:30 or so.
I just got back from NY, so I couldn't go last week. But, I'm generally there every Wednesday, weather permitting.
Let me know when you're planning on going.

Cool. I will try and get there this week. All depends on when I leave KC.

Several bars have bike nights on a regular basis.
Pat's Pub (144th and U St.) is sponsoring a bike night on Wednesdays, too. I might stop by this one, as the gal working behind the bar is, err, well the worth the ride!

Went to the Red Eye last night. Decent crowd, but not packed by any means. They didn't even have the outside bar opened up. So, you had to go inside to get a drink. I'd say there were probably around 45 bikes there at one point. I only saw one other VTX. Mostly HDs, a few metrics, and 2 sportbikes. Not too bad for a Wednesday night in April.
Should become more and more packed as the weather improves.
