Derek and I broke in a newbie today. David (Beer Kahuna) rode with us today and we had a great time burnin up the twisties in the hills of Portland. Hell of a nice guy, good rider, and has a bitchen set of flames on his Retro. And when Dennis and Bob get us into trouble with outlaw biker clubs, he'll be good on back up, as he must be at least as tall as big Bob So, if you read this post, please take the time to welcome him to our little group of misfits.

Just keep your eyes peeled on this site and upcomming rides will always be posted. Some of our members including myself ride with other groups sometimes as well. Always feel free to post any putts your going on in here. My only bummer is is that I can only do Sunday rides on the week ends. The oregonXriders usually alternate between Sat runs and Sunday runs. Sometimes I need more than that so I'll be throwing some xtra Sunday gigs in here and there.

I had a good time too "Beer" Buddy, you be sure and post any of your upcomming "Pub" runs you were talking about, if it's on a Sunday I'm in!! I'd like to meet your Indian buddy as well as the other dudes you run with as well 8)
P.S. I already signed you in for the Cowboy run, let me know if your Indian friend wants to do the run and I'll make sure he's added too.

Cool, I'll ask him. Kind of ironic to invite an Indian to a Cowboy run isn't
it?

He's a great guy and he takes as much pride (or more!) in his ride than almost anyone I know.

Hey David welcome to the group.
You were broken in by one of the hardest and tightest riding xers in our group. There are not many who can keep up with the manwhor when he's on a one-handed tear through some twisties.
Look forward to meeting you next chance we get together.

I dont know about that Arch, turn Steve or Gary loose and they can tear it up as well. I've had to temporarily adjust my one handed riding style till I'm completely comfy with these new shocks, it's definately a different ride. The only thing worse than crashin, is crashin while ridin one handed!! Now wouldn't that make a guy look stupid :D
