Alright folks if your still interested in purchasing state pins we now have enough for an order!

It's been a week since my post and not hearing anything to the contrary I assume everyone is still committed to the numbers shown beside your name.

Now for getting this done.

Unless I hear from someone else by the end of the weekend that's willing to volenteer to step-up and collect the money and place the order I'll do it.

Here's some ideas on how we can go about this:

1. Mail a check to the person placing the order in the amount of your purchase.

2. We can set-up a Pay-Pal account for those that want to use a credit card. (however Pay-Pal charges a small % for using this service)

3. We pay in person as we get together. (slow and may take some time until everyones money is collected)

4. Some one steps-up and pays for the order and collects the money from each of us individually.

When the money is collected (need a min. of 100), the person responsible places the order through the vendor. (Bob we may need your help providing the ordering information) also ( there will be a small fee for shipping the order that will need to be covered)

Once the pins are received they'll be handed out as we get together.

Any other ideas to make this happen, please post and we'll go with what makes the best sense for the person collecting the money and placing the order.

I've got a pay-pal account that I could setup a special email account for. The $2.95 I had used for the cost was to cover pay-pals little fee, now mailing cost would also need to added to specific orders for those that wanted them mailed. Not sure how much that would be. Don't we have regional directors of our Oregon group that could dispense to those in their area?

I've decided to pony up the cash to pay for the full order of pins in advance. Then I will post my address for you to send your checks. As I get each check, I will quickly send the # of pins that you ordered. All I ask is that you guys send your checks swiftly for your order. I don't wanna be messin with it 3 months from now.
Since I'm always on line home and at work, and obviously post da mostest around here, I guess I'm about the best man for the job. Plus, everyone would get their pins a whole lot quicker and easier. Now, it's gonna cost me postage, envolopes and a whole lotta time. I'm certainly not doing this for a profit, but just to help out my Buds.
Would a $1.50 added to each order(regardless of the number of pins ordered) be too much? Give me some feedback OK

PS, we don't quite have the final price yet, but it will be close to what weve all talked about

Brad: If you are going to be the one to collect the whole amount, I will send you a check and a return envelope with the correct amount of postage on it so that it would be easy to just insert and mail. Is this acceptable?

Anita, thats not neccessary Darlin. As soon as I get the cost, you can just send a check like everyone else and let me deal with the postage and stuff. I'm committed to helpin out our club on this, so please, just let me handle it OK gorgeous :D
