YEEE HAAAA I like seening news like this. Chicago Bans Hand-Held Phones for Drivers. That is great news. Now if they will only do that here in Florida. If the state wants to build up some revenue, here is the way to do it.
$50.00 first time caught, then $200.00 dollars and up for the 2nd time, and the penalties would be $500, or $50,000 if the driver was involved in an accident.
