Hi, I'm Pete..........from Coventry. Been reading the boards since getting my bike. '03 1300 S , illusion blue. I've gotten alot of good info here.

I rode with some of you Last year........one of bigugly's rides. My girlfriend & I meet up with you at Denny's. We went for ice cream in Narra.

Anyone going to the Hoot? We're going early so we can take the scenic route.

We are not going to the Hoot but we are going to Americade.

Actually leaving on 6/3 and going to CatsCade first for the weekend then on to Lake George for Americade. If anyone is going to be at Americade maybe we can meet somewhere.

I am going to try to make americade... just down the road from a friends house. I will also make the Homecoming, but not Hoot... This all being based on my bike getting back on the road!!!

We went to the Homecoming last year but don't plan on doing it again this year. The plant tours were good but there isn't much else. We went on one of the night rides from the plant to Bellefontaine, it was very good there must have been a few thousand bikes on the ride. We were about half way in the line and it took about 20 minutes for our turn to pull out of the parking lot.

We are taking both the Goldwing and the VTX so we are going to CatsCade, (a goldwing thing in the Catskills 6/3,4 & 5), and then heading to Lake George on the 5th.. We will be at Americade all week so let me know who is going and were you are going to be.

since i have no vacation till been at EB for a year the only trip am able to do is take my 2 days off (fri and sat nights) and 1 other day sunday to get up to laconia on 17/18 june. maybe other years will get to the other large events like aspencade. would like to get together for a ride with ya'll some fri night or saturday or sat night. i work 12 on and 2 off so only get days off every other weekend.

Yep...... The Hoot is 6/21-6/25. We are leaving Sunday6/19. Plan on taking the scenic route. HRC has yet to send back it's suggested route. I know we will at least do the Shenondoah Parkway in Virginia, then maybe conect to the Blue Ridge Parkway, then back up to Knoxville. We are staying at the Holiday Inn off of exit 398 on Rt.40. Just east of town.

Not going to Americade......going to do a couple of days in Laconia. Camping on that trip. Probably go up on Thurs. and stay for the weekend.
Got V&H Bigshots on my bike. Do any of you know if they are too loud for Lake Goerge? Am going to the adarondacks this month (5/24-5/27).
Riding with a friend on a Super Glide(FXD) with screaming eagle pipes. Hope we are not too loud for them up there.

1300pete, 1st or 2nd weekend? i'm going up 2nd (17/18 Jun). will be meeting up with Jorge (forgot his screen name) from Ct hopefully as will be at same hotel in Concord.
