I just finished one that is I feel by far the best $ for $ i have spent on the X.

Kurry Deepdish turnsignals.... good god they are awesome looking. I had the clear alternatives lenses on there and they look like crap compared to these!

Even the wife commented on how nice they look comapred to the plastic lenses....

Want to clean up and make the ass end of your X look better i recomend them HIGHLY! The front ones look great also.

So whats next for you? or are ya DONE?

Unfortunately, since the last time you saw my bike it's kinda morphed into a family truckster, trying to make it more two-up friendly for our trip up North. Got a Saddlemen Solo w/touring pillion, short honda backrest, Cheap Saddlemen Desparado's hard mounted to the struts, Rivco Passenger boards with the extenders. Fortunately, it's all removable. :)

My plactic is currently in ICU so it may be awhile before the next Mod. I'm thinkin of getting up the nerve to polish the wheels, and front end and adding the Kury license plate/signal combo in the rear with matching signals and spots up front.

Nobody is EVER done. I started taking stuff off my last bike just to make room to put more on.

With a bit of luck, I'm hoping that my next mod will be the P4 intake... if I can get my hands on one.

I should know tomorrow if I'm gonna get it or not. (keeping my fingers crossed)

I see you did the desmog. Is it difficult? I'm hoping to do it this weekend.

Looks like you have a sweet set-up. Here's mine: 02 1800C ~ D&D 2 into 1 - Ultimate bigboy 3pc studded - Desmogged (coming this weekend I hope) - P4 (with a lot of luck) - Engine Gaurds (not sure of make, they were there when I bought it) - Honda backrest and luggage rack - Memphis Fats wind shield - Kurry grips and pegs - Light bar (not sure what make, it was on the bike when I got it) - PCIII (used) on its way (need a good map)

Is not bad just follow bares instructions and you will be fine. I highly recommend GP block off plates.. and careful removing the valve cover screws they are SOFT metal.

What is thes block off plate? I'm sure it's good stuff, if Pete makes it, but what's it for?

Thanks....

it has been noted that if you dont and simply cap them off water condensates in the lines and causes issues.

they are less than 20$ from HDL and they look good and clean up the top of the motor nicely.

If you want chrome 5mm screws let me know i can send them to you requires 8 of them with flat washers 8$ includes postage from my store.

Check out bares site for the directions and such.

Think I'm going for the HID headlight, from the group buy. Try to brighten things up a bit. :D

I think I'm going to make Ohio, anyone else?

You can find the thread on the 1300 board, as well as the 1800 board. Now he's even offering a Hi/Low beam option for $182. It's all plug and play. I ordered mine yesterday. Looks like a good deal if you ride at night at all. Here's the link. http://www.vtxoa.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=76687

I never use my hi-beam with my spotlights as it is now. Sounds like a hell of a deal!

I ended up going with a little different option, but it's awesome.
