Anybody in the Pittsburgh, SW PA or even eastern OH have the vtxhaust.com modification on an 1800C. I am considering this option and would really like to hear it. Thinking specifically about the shortened version. On a nice day I'd be willing to ride up to 100 miles to take a listen. (any excuse to ride)

Well if you can wait till later this week, mine will be in. Ordered mine last week, should be in Thursday or Friday. I bought them to tide me over till next year when I will get my HK Sideburners.

So if you can wait till this weekend, I may be able to meet up with you and give ya a listen. Only thing though, i did not order the short version. Just the regular 1800C version.

Lets keep in touch and see if anyone closer responds. If not maybe we can a good compromise that gives you a nice ride and I can ride like a BOH to cover more than half the distance.

DOH!!!!. Never even looked at your location. Yes, you are right, a bit far. Like a 4 hour drive. But who knows. a 2 hour ride is not that bad. Maybe we could meet in Harrisburg if it comes to that. But yes, we will see who else responds. :) If not, we'll hook up for a ride sometime. :)

I'd be willing to help you out, but my VTXEXHAUST is on a S. As a matter of fact PAVTXER wants to hook up this week to hear mine again. He heard them before at the Sharon run, but wants to hear them one more time before he orders them. I'll tell you what, I was right next to a C who has V&H and I dont know who was louder him or me when we rolled it on, :D in the parking lot @ QS&L. :twisted: But drop me a note or John and we can all hook up either tomorrow or Thur.

No can do on either Wednesday or Thursday work related travel. :( The only thing a holiday gets you is 5 days work in 4 days time. :cry:

Everything is weather dependant. If it's good, I'm there. I ordered the VTXEXHAUST today, but won't get it til next week. Maybe, just maybe, by next weekend I will have the new pipes and the PCIII installed (if they get here in time).

And that's the problem with work....... no time. That's why I decided to retire and just look for my perfect part time job (Tues/Wed/Thurs daylight only). Haven't come across that perfect job yet (but I really havn't been lookin hard either). With all these toys and accessories, I just might have to find it soon.....
