Effective immediately, BIGLRY & BONE'S will no longer be making any more of the customized Brake and Reservoir Covers.
Again, we would like to reiterate the fact that have made these for You-the Riders more as a favor than making money off of them. It has kept BONE so busy that he had decided to try and outsource them ( use a vendor). We are having tremendous difficulty finding someone to do it in the quality we expect. This is not as easy as it sounds because of the chrome, nickel plate and BONE's impeccable judgment for quality.
To give you an idea, BONE has fired 4 outside process companies in the last 6 months because of quality issues. Material suppliers have also been on his short list for their lack of communication with him. He will never sacrifice quality nor allow time delays due to inept vendors to cause BIGLRY & BONE'S to have a tarnished reputation.
There have been many orders placed and the people have never followed through with funds. We have a stock pile of some covers that are just sitting gathering dust with no confirmed buyers. We have lost money on those. We can not stay in business to lose money.
BIGLRY & BONE'S is not about engraving, our main focus is building unique custom parts for the VTX that no one else builds or for guys who have an idea for a custom part, but not the tools or knowledge of how to build it. We apologize deeply to the people who have had their order cancel and will not receive their covers. Unfortunately this is going to be a count of over 100. Any money sent to us will be sent back to you and any pay pal payments will be refunded back also.
We have plans in the future to set up an in-house engraving shop that will allow BONE to teach someone to do it our way, then we will have total control of the quality at all times. The way it is being handled now the quality control is really out of our hands and that is totally unacceptable to us. We really hope that this doesn't piss anyone off, but we are realists and know there will be a few out there that will be upset. It's always a bummer to not receive your "Christmas Presents".
We will continue our efforts to make you the consumer happy and strive to never let this happen again.

We are hoping within the next 6 months to have the accommodations at our facility and start the covers again. Thank you all for your understanding and hope this has not jaded you against looking to BIGLRY & BONE'S for your truly custom VTX parts.
We are building signature parts and some will have small engravings on them, so it is something that is going to be done, but in-house on a much larger scale.
We would like to thank everybody that gave us all the wonderful compliments on the covers and for your continued support in all of our endeavors to build fine quality custom motorcycle parts, which we hope to have many more of in the future.
We promise to listen to what you say. We have and will continue to take everyone's ideas and opinions into consideration. BONE is going to Sacramento this weekend to accommodate a 1300 idea and we have many new things coming out that we are sure you will all like.
