On Saturday, June 11th, 2005 the second annual "BEHIND THE WALLS" BENEFIT RIDE. Jail chaplains benefit ride. Will go 150 miles starting at Tim O'Neill Motorsports in Council Bluffs, IA.
Sign in is at 10am with the ride taking off at 10:30.
A donation of $25.00 per bike is requested. It's a tax-deductible donation to Good News. Your donation includes your ride fee, food and soft drinks/ bottled water, testimonies from ex-offenders and jail volunteers, a word from Chaplain Rick Sweenie, a bike show with trophies, Good News goodies for purchase, live Gospel bands, lots of revving engines and tons of fun!
This is being put on by my good friend Chaplain Dick Arant of Good News Jail and Prison Ministry at the Pottawattamie County Jail in Council Bluffs, IA.
