Hey all...I have a favor to ask. I'm a manager at the Roadhouse grill in Coral Springs. We are trying to put together a kind of informal get together of bikes and cars for Saturday, March 13th in the evening. If it works, we may turn it into a regular thing on a different night. If you all aren't busy, I'd love for some gorgeous VTX's to show up. I plan on going down to tower shops the night before and spreading the word with some flyers.

Wish I could but were having a St. Patricks Day party that night. Would be happy to show up most any other night.

And of course, all the X riders get a discount? Joking. Unless something happens, I'll be there. Rolls, luv the rolls.

Hey TomCat, I can make it. Not far from where I live (whish it was a longer ride). Just the 13th or you trying for a weekly thing?

As of right now, we are doing it as an informal one night cruise in. If it flies...who knows. Probably won't be on sat nites tho. Also gonna work on some classic cars. If anyone knows anyone, let them know about it. Also have been in touch with one of the local chapters of SCRC. We might end up having a real good party.
Located on University Dr North of Atlantic, South of Royal Palm (Copans Rd for you guys out east).
As for discouts, you guys are lucky, you know the manager...we can certainly work out somethin'

I'm new to the forum and thew VTX. When Toer Shops is mentioned, do you mean the Bell Tower Shops on 41 in Ft. Myers?

Remember that extra nuts and bolts left over are just that......extra.

I have never disassembled any vehicle, whether it be M/C or Auto, that I did not have something leftover. Always seem to run. Wonder what the hell those leftovers were for?

Hey Tom,

Great to meet you and your kick'n bike! You did a great job pulling all that together. Sorry I missed you before you left but we'll get together again.

OK, I'm looking for some feedback. I have been asked to put something together on a monthly basis, at the restaurant. My first inclination is Sunday afternoons. Anybody have 2 cents on that idea?

Sunday PM might be tough.. but you can't please everyone. What is your slow night there? I don't think you have one, it's always busy at your place. I kinda lean toward a weeknight.

Hey Tom,

I like the idea of Sunday afternoons. Atleast until football starts, of course.

Sundays are dedicated to my kids, so it's not a good one on my end.
