 Any one ever have a water pump leak out of the weep hole??? I notice a couple drips from underneath and traced it back up to the water pump. If you have is it easy to replace or should I look at another cause of the leak?

Jeff from are group had the same thing, they told him he needed a new pump. I had leaks this year, and tightend all my hoses, and no more leaks. If you need help, we could set up a time and place, to get a few guys to meet, and help you with it. I would be willing to use my garage, I got tools, a lift, compresser, welder, drill press, beer, soda, and lots of time stuck home due to wife in school, and work. So let us know spyderman.

GREAT NEWS :D :D :D Removed the side cover washed it all off and ran it to see the point of leak better. The metal tube that comes from the front of the bike and into the pump is leaking!!!! I will take it to work tomorrow and replace the o-ring and add new coolant  Also....as it was idleing and popping a little I wondered about the desmog and if it would stop the popping, so I pinched off the hose to let air in and it stopped popping and sounded much deeper!!! Does anyone have any block off plates for sale?? I will print out directions and do it this week. Also the wife wants me to get different pegs and extensions for her, hey now she is modding my bike too!!!

Here is what we use and Iso wings from Kury. Work like a dream. A little more leg room for stretching.

Spydey,
As Reaper stated, I had a coolant leak as well. Since I have the extended warrantee I let the dealer look at it and it turned out to be the "O" ring. Usually the leak in that location means bad water pump but you and I were lucky.
Good Luck,
Jeff

Sounds like you're lucky. The water pump isn't that bad to put in, especially if you have access to a forklift and don't have to do it while lieing on the ground
