Southern Cruisers Riding Club is now going to be meeting at Spirits on HWY Tuesdays at apprx 6pm. If your unfamiliar with SCRC it is a family oriented riding club, no dues, no mandatory meetings or rides, just a group of people who love the ride.

Since riding is weather is bad, I guess working on the weekend is not so harsh. As long as I do not run into any hang-ups I will be there Tues also. If anything changes, time, location, etc., I will post it up here.

Looks like few come in here and read this but..... Bike Night is at Spirits tonight on Hwy 90. They have cleaned up the parking lot for us, to remove sand and any other possible hazards. Come around 7pm and enjoy the company of other riders.
CYA There

Hey Dave,
Spirits is just past Courthouse Rd heading towards Hwy 49. Don't be fooled by the bikes on the Daquari side, that is a hang-out for bikers and they have no food there.
El Ranchero is no longer the watering hole, people were getting burned out on mexican food.
Next bike night will be next Tuesday at approx 7pm, I a usually there around 6:30pm.

Funny in person and funny online.
I think that GPS mount and wire are going to be in on wed. So if you have nothing planned for this weekend maybe you can give me some insight on how you did yours.

Cool. I have to go to a family reunion this weekend though. Saturday is going to be free in the afternoon if you want to do it. We can discuss it at Bike Night if you want to. Les

Actually I miscalculated I think it is going to be here today. I plan on being at bike night, so that will work. I was supposed to do a family reunion this weekend, but thought I had other plans which are possibly falling through. IF I do the reunion I would have to leave out early Saturday morning, since it is in Hill Country in Texas. I figured if the weather looked nice, I would HAVE to take the bike. Only thing is I will need the GPS working, since I have no clue how to get to my cousin's house.

If you have the handlebar mount, the lead-in wire, and the GPS, then it will take only about an hour to get you up and rolling. I need to know when you have all 3 items so I can get my tools to do the job. Deal?? Lets make it happ'n Cap'n!

Everything is here. The mount only goes in one place and it is very TIGHT getting the GPS in and out of it. If the mount could sit up just a 1/4 inch it would be better. I can get it in and locked down but it is not a smooth operation.
I will bring it tomorrow night so you can see my delima.
