I got 2100 miles on my bike this spring so far, what about everyone else?

1200. More than 1/2 put on in a leather sled suit.

Did Bar Harbor on the VTX last Saturday. 90 in the sun. 55 by the water. Tourist season has begun, place was a mob scene. Still fun to cruise the downtown, just have to be careful,ppl will walk right out in front of you like you're invisible.

Almost got side-swipped yesterday by a minivan!

The guy actually followed me home to apologize. I think he felt pretty bad, but he should be. No... not many people pay attention to us, more or less even care...

About 2000, (I think) I just crossed over 19k yesterday. Not much riding in the last couple of weeks though. I wouldn't mind missing the tourist traffic this summer, but I don't want to miss the good rides, either. Is bar habor better during the week?

You would think it would be, but I've sat in traffic on a Wed, it was backed up from the light just after the bridge to Town Hill, and that traffic is just from the Backside. God knows how far down 3 it went. I know ppl who commute from Bangor to the Island,dont know how they stand it. It'll be like that until the leaves come off.

Rode Bangor, local, around to Sangerville Dover and Milo today. Next long ride probably will be to the 'Loaf to see if The Bag is open during the summer. Unless I end up in Laconia instead.

Anyone else thinking about going down to New Hampster this week?

Speaking of sitting and waiting in traffic and weekends, are the constuctions prodjects only going on during the week? I noticed this at Bucksport and Camden, is this the norm?

WOW this bike kicks ass!!!!
2005 VTX1300 1st street bike took 15 years to get it and not i have 12oo on it and i went to bike week. VARY nice looking VTX's there along with the Eye candy

1. ass hurt after 1oo mile trip what seat do you recomend? you know our nice new england roads
2. i was told to remove the stock exsaust and tap out the baffle and put it back in for a good sound. i cant buy any toys for some time help

I got BUB pipes on my 2004 1300C and I heard them all, I wouldn't go without!

Just got off my ass of my bike, pulled 330 miles today, woo hoo!

3400 so far, and 500 of it was to and from Laconia in one day...on a Mustang seat.

2300 since April. Missed Laconia again,maybe next year.

Went back down to Bar Harbor again Sunday. Nice weather,excellent ride got a couple hundred miles on. Lot of bikes out,sprained my wrist waving back at all the folks. And the Bar Harbor Real Ale is extremely cold and very delicous at the Chart Room Rest. in Hulls Cove.
