I talked to folks in Sedelia (about 15 miles out) and we can use one of their fields to have a get together. I see this as a week-end of state fair and getting together with fellow riders. Anyone interested in staying the week-end should get reservations at a local hotel or plan to camp in my buddy's field. He can get couple of toilets. I wouldn't expect over 40-50 people meeting. That could change based on interest.
