anyone how to get signed up for one of these courses? or who puts them on?

In Memphis, you can take the MRSC at Bumpus HD or at Southwest Tennessee Community College. I don't know of any places closer to Greenwood.

You can get the info you want by phoning Ken Augustine @ (901) 837-3490 in evenings. Ken is one of the Mid-South Rider Education Program Coordinators and can advise where you can go/do.
