Question about the Missouri River NRR Passport Stamp

I'm trying to find out what the Missouri River NRR Passport stamp says. Specifically, is it location specific (for example, Yankton, SD) or is it a general "Nebraska-South Dakota" location.

Any info, including a photo of the actually stamp, would be greatly appreciated.
