Our design is finalized and we will soon be ready to place our order

Arch will be collecting the patch money when it becomes time to send. He and I are currently trying to notify as many xers via e-mail to make sure all who wants a patch can get one.
Take a look at the list of names, do you see any that are missing? If so let us know, if you know the ph# if the missing xer, give em a call and tell them to place their order ASAP

We need 40 to get a 3 buck price break

I figure as long as I'm doing the pins, I might as well do the
patches too.
At $18-$21 a piece I will not be fronting the cost of the order as I
am with the club pins.

I suggest the following (as soon as we get a total of everyone who
wants one or more patches so we know what the unit cost is)

Then I will post my address and give the all clear. You then will
mail a personal check to me and I will hold it until I have all
checks.
Then I will make one deposit and write a personal check to the patch
maker. (while praying to the bank gods that everones check clears )

So post your order ASAP for patches here (preferably)or at the yahoo site and I will keep
updating the list of names above.

VTXOA is still having some issues, so, you can post it here or there
and I will post updates to both boards a few times a day

All right group here's the quote for our patch.

Delivery time 4 to 5 weeks from date of order and payment. So if we can put it together by March 15th we could have them by the end of April.

This is a 12'' patch; the background color is a dark blue like the State flag. The letters are the same color gold and font style as on the Washington Xriders patch.

See the vendors response below for some more details.

This is the same vendor who made the Washington groups patch so they already have a set-up and because we're only changing a few things the pricing is very good.

I'd like to get these ordered if everyone or the majority is in agreement.

So let me know as son as possible!

Howdy,

Late last week I spoke to the patch maker again about a jpeg of our Oregon
design. Like others I'd need to see how the patch will look with our color
changes, etc. before giving the go ahead.

For the obvious reason they won't send me a picture with our design changes
until we place an order and send them 50% of the purchase price. Once they
receive the down payment they'll make the changes and send me the jpeg for
our approval.

So as soon as Brad tells me he has the money we'll send them half. As soon
as I get the jpeg I'll post it for majority approval. If there are any
changes I'll have them made and the patch pic reposted for a final ok.

The one caution they had was, as long as we don't make any major changes
other than what we've already discussed the pricing they provided will
remain the same.

Brad, I'm still not able to get onto any websites yet, my computer is acting
up and will only let me send or receive e-mail, so would you let me know
where we're at with the number of patches requested to date.

Thanks all, be sure to get your order in so we can get this done before
Summer!

Brad I'll give you a call tomorrow to talk over the money collection and
ordering details for this patch project. I'm going to stay close to this one
until the end, thanks for the help.

As soon as we get the pin order collected for and outta the way, we then start the patch order collections. Is the Patch order list we have so far really ALL of the oregonxers that want one? Seems like it's a bit short to me. I suggest that everyone read the list of names and see if there is a name or two missing that you can think of. I would hate for anyone to miss this opp.
