while riding today. The oil seal around the gear shift shaft failed and sprayed
like a Texas gusher. Looked like I had drug a skunk about 150 feet to where I
stopped. And there we left a nice oil slick about a foot wide and 10 feet long.
Got a tow in at no charge thanks to Honda Riders' Club. The service manager
said he had never seen that happen before. Nice!
Well guess I'm just the lucky one.
The only ironic thing was when riding in the truck cab to the Honda dealer
with my bike on the back all strapped down, a guy on a Harley drove by.
Nice!
So now she's at the hospital, hope the Dr's not a quack!
