I starting thinking about when I send everyone there club pins. I was going to just put them in a regular envelope, then I had visions of them getting jammed up in the postal machines. So then I thought to be safe, I'd better buy those envelopes with the air bubble stuff inside(spendy though)
So what do y'all think. Just fine in a reg envelope or should I price the tricky bubble envelope(might need to increase the add on charge if I do)

It's your call Dudes and Dudette's

Why not just wait untill the next ride and bring them there. Maybe it will help to bring out somemore of the gang. If we should meet in Portland and someone from a more southern area cant attend, them we could bring them back into town for them. I say why pay for postage.

Just my 2 cents

Bradlee, :D

Let me know how many of the bubble/padded mailers you need and as in Monster Garage, I could provide them(freebie)

I like Sparky's idea, I know for most of us that would work and for the others use the padded envelopes that ob has offered.

Save you a little hassle and us a little cash.

my 2 cents

Actually, since I'm the o'l "pin prez" I think it would be less hassle for me to just mail them all rather than show up at rides w/paper and pen checkin off names and counting out pins. Hell, I still have problems remembering some names :D

I got it handled y'all

Trust in your
man whor

On the other hand, the patches could be a different story. We could have some kinda blood brothers oath with a cultish swear in ceramony. Maybe even a small "x" branded on our a$$es as we hand over the patch :D

Hey Guys,

Eric (NASTYX) here !!!

Thought I'd send out this post to say Hello...

Someone posted about "who's this Nasty guy" so I thought I'd let you all know that I'm a fellow X Rider (02 1800C) from Virginia Beach, VA and the State Coordinator for the Virginia XRiders !!!

I've been working with some of the other state clubs on various club designs and event logos. In addition, I've made the old and new designs for my clubs pins and t-shirts.

I look forward to working with you all on getting your design made !!!

Take care and ride safe,

Eric (NASTYX)

Nasty,

That's a sweet looking graphic, could you mock it up in the blue and gold for Oregon's state colors.
