View Full Version : My first IB
I just finished my first IronButt on the tail end of 4,000 mile cross-country trip. Ran the 1221 miles from Amarillo, TX to Lexington, KY right at 17.5hrs. Knowing I needed to avg around 70-72 mph with stops, I ran hard (85mph) most of the way on the superslab.
Took me a few days to recover and I definitely wouldn't recommend it after loggin 700 miles the day before. Everything I got hurts. I will do anudda one....just not very soon
