Hey all you blokes! how is the riding there on the big island? I know here in the states the riding varies from Mountains, big, steep and small and rolling to flat land and coastal rodes. We have trees and deserts... Ive not been there but I think you all have pretty much the same thing there... You all and we also have a lot of coast line to ride.. some of the most beautiful sites in the world are on the east and West coasts.... especially when you are watching the sun rise in the East or watching it set in the West... sounds like a good cozy moment with the better half!! of course any time you get to ride it is a great day!!!!

at any rate I thought Id send out an inventation for any of you all to come visit us here in little ole Arkansas... and no we do not claim the Clintons as any of our own... New York has to put up with them for now... God have mercy on New York!

Im looking forward to hearing from any of you there in Aussie Land... Later Bud

Hey Bud,

The riding down here is great - don't think it is quite as varied as what you have over there. The high country is not quite as high and there isn't much to ride on the west coast - but the east coast has a lot. There also aint nowhere near enough VTX's on the road.

Have seen lots of pix of your country on this forum but have never been there - it is a goal of mine to one day ride it from coast to coast. Got a CD from the Colorado Ride of last year and it looked awesome.

Iam planning to do the Snowy Ride over here in late November which is a charity ride to the high country in southern NSW - is based at Thredbo at the foot of our highest mountain (which isn't that high). Thats about 1500km from where I live and I pass through Sydney so am looking forward to it - will post pics to give you an idea of what this country is like.

Stay tuned...
