Way up north

We are planning to ride up to Pittsburg on this Sunday 28th to photograph the covered bridges there. According to map quest it is about 175 miles one way, so it will be a long run, probably about 8 hours round trip. If any Xer's are interested in making the run with us fantastic, we are planning to leave Hillsboro around 8 am and getting back whenever, weather looks good. This will be the last three bridges we need to complete our summer project of photographing them all, hopefully we will have some company for the ride, Magdar.

just saw the post, let me know what bridges you are heading to, and what time you expect to be there, might just have to blow off the world and go for a ride tomorrow!

Paul, we are planning to leave here around 8 and should arive at colebrook around 11:30 to noon, there is a bridge in columbia we have to get before we head on to pittsburg. Mapquest says about 3 1/2 hours from here so i guess it depends on the traffic and weather.

Hey - sorry didn't hook up with you, when the wife got home, noticed the weather and hunkered down for the day. I hope you had a good time and saw the bridges you planned on.

Tried calling, but cell service is crap up here, was going to offer you a warm place to hang out and dry off if needed.
