Figure I would start a new thread instead of asking questions in the introduction one.

I am kind of liking the 1800 f spec. Did they just start making them for 05? I know there was a couple guys up here by Mason City, you guys do anything with Mason City Honda? Curious to see if they are pretty good or not.

I would ask Jason aka JLMEMT. He lives in Mason City. I have ridden with him once. He's a good kid and also a Mason City police officer. He has a 1800 C.

Mason city shot me a great deal on a new 04 last year, they were new and overstocked. I went with a leftover 03 instead, I liked the color, got it from Garvis in Des Moines.
I have bought some parts and stuff from them, have never had a problem.

Curt is the sales manager up there and is a good guy.

I bought my 1800 up there and got a great deal, but I guess the dude I bought it from doesn't work there anymore. I had my 600 mile check up there also and as far as I know (3000 miles later) everything is ok. I'll probably get my 8000 mile check there also unless I can find someone private around here, or a fellow Xer to do the valve check.

I've bought most of my after market stuff from Hal, good service fast delivery, and just nice people.
