Appraise some work that needs to be done at my house
wood and me are like fuel and a flame :roll:
What I need done is a bath tub wall removed and replaced with a surrond
the wall has some mold under the tile of the wall board in the tub so all 3 walls need to be striped from tile, I can do the destruction just looking to get help with the wall board and surond and new tub fixtures..
I also need the rear door way doors removed and some of the sub floor replaced, the builders did not put flashing where the deck meets the house
I am tearing the deck off and will get that built next spring. but for now the door needs to be removed some tiles removed and the sub floor replaced
its a small area that is rotted under the tile
