Got me a new dealer

I needed a back tire put on my X ,most the places I called had a 2 week wait...then I called a yamaha/suki dealer and was told yeah bring it in before noon. Got me right in ..no wait..very x-tra careful with my X ..friendly mech..told me anytime I need a tire mounted just call and bring it in..no need to wait days or weeks for just a tire mount. 1 hour labor 40.00 new tube 24.95. I have heard only Rave Reviews from thst shop. A guy I know from Terre Haute bought a bike there like on a Monday, and was taking off for a trip on Saturday. The bike wouldn't start. The guy got ahold of them, they trailed his bike down to the shop, fixed it, and got him back on the road before they were even supposed to open for the day!!

yeah its a shame they dont sell Honda bikes but I will buy what I can from them.

or breaks there business! I guess I'm lucky, my dealer has taken care of me so far since I purchased my first ride so many years ago.

Buett's dealer of choice does do good work and seem to be very resonable compare to what I have seen on this board. Buett must be a big tipper. He doesn't have to wait two weeks like the rest of us......

This is off-thread, but there's a shop in Indy that I'm affiliated with that is doing the fat tire swing arm mod very reasonably (495.00 complete)....where can I post that info?

You can buy the swingarm modded for the 240 in either down to raw steel to match a paint color at 435.00 or completed and ready for bolt-up, gloss black powder coat 495.00 (plus an exchange core fee of 300.00).

It's an exchange program. You buy the swingarm and we send you a modded swinarm and when you send your swingarm, the core fee is refunded to you.

OR

You send your swingarm and we do the mod to yours and no core fee involved.

Powdered, this is about a 300.00 savings over what is being charged and the same quality and integrity, Matchstix. I need to get the word out.
