Selling/Trading the X

This is a hard one for me but I gotta do it. Have a Vulcan Nomad (06) ordered. As much as I love my bike, wife wants to ride w/me now. Sold her Vulcan 500 so I need a bike better suited for two up riding. I considered many but just liked the look and setup of the Nomad. Oh by the way looking for 6k for my 04 C, black with hardkrome 2.5's and a sissy bar. 7k miles on it. I've been real busy lately but hope to ride with you all soon (If ya don't mind ridi'n with a Kawi) lol.

Rebels How did you become the voice for the X riders.
I didnt even know we had one!
Ya know its nice to find these things out now when at the beginning no one could decide what to do at all, and as far as i knew no one still does.
I dont mean any disrespect toward you so dont get me wrong but how can anyone appoint a state rep when we are not even sanctioned yet ?
there are no bylaws or any of the other nessasary docs. that we need.
We dont even have a patch decided on,no meeting or anything of that nature.
Any way you can do what you want and I wish Yas the best of luck.

Relax man all I did was nominate Kimsretro for the position. I guess at current the proper term should be "State contact" since you are correct in stating there is no official "Club". On vtxriders.com they list myself and Mike Riley as coordinators. I asked to be in that position and that was how it happened. All I was gonna try to do is get the group together. From there it is the group that decides what goes on as evidenced by our ride to Union Bar. Since I will no longer be riding a VTX thought someone else should be taking charge of getting the group together. If you want to do it, knock yourself out. I'll be checking in on the board and would still like to ride with you all now and then.

I didnt mean to stir things up. I happen to read the boards and new that Rebls and another were our "state coordinators". When Rebls announced the selling of the bike, I thought, "hey why not". But please by all means if someone else wants to take over, or do something, DO IT. But it seems that there really hasnt been any coordination effort going on at all for as long as I have been here. I would just like to see some structure. Everyone is so busy, including myself, with our own personal lives. But there has to be some effort here as well.

Some one just keep me informed of what is happening.

I did'nt mean to starty a fire , all I was saying is that people on this site who have been here have not taken the initiative.
There are a lot of people who need to sit down together and figure this whole thing out.
It cant be just one or even four people to decide for the whole.
You guys have the will to do this but you need alot of people to get together and make decisions as a group not as singles.
have a voting situation and see who is willing to take on the responsibility.
You are right it is a lot of work,just like trying to organize runs and meets.
Ive spent alot of time working with planet honda for every one for next years calender hoping to get some type of sponsorship or a dedicated meeting place sponsored by P.H. .hopefully we can all go there someday and sit back and enjoy ourselves.
look all im saying is we all got to meet so we all can decide what to do.

Sold the X yesterday so I'm no longer a member of the "Club". Now I need a new bike quick cause I'm bikeless! Just want to say hope you all get together and get this thing going.
