Covers

Looking for a decent cover for winter storage. What would you NH people recommend -- Dowco, Classic? What do you guys put over your bike for the winter sleep? I live in NH (central) and just need some suggestions.
Second question: What size cover do you put on your bikes? Some dealers will suggest a large for a VTX1300 and others recommend a XL. So what's the scoop? I have a Candy 2005 without any add-ons.
What can you tell me?

I have an extra large cover and it fits just fine. I think if I went with a large it would just fit, but tightly.

As far as storage I am using a garage, and the same cover I use to cover the bike with in the good weather months.

On my R w/ shield and bags, I use the XL Dowco cover.

You didn't say if you were leaving it in a garage/shed or outside?

But, if in a garage, cover it with something that is breathable, like a sheet to keep the dust off and the moisture out.

i use a trailer for my bike but i still have the dowco cover (it's not used now )
