greetings to all fellow vtx 1300 riders,i acquired my license this year, after turning the big 50, through the rider ed course and started with a honda 2000 750 deluxe,i have clocked in over 5,000 miles and a trip to the Honda Hoot, this september i became the proud new owner of a 2005 vtx 1300 retro and am enjoying it greatly, have much to learn and realizing that the sterring is a little more than just leaning into the turn, but i am throughly hooked on the vtx, looking forward to suggestions on how to adapt to the differences as this is the only 2nd bike i have been on and a firm beliver in knowing the limitations of myself as well as my bike.God Bless all and enjoy your ride.
sincerely

Magenta,

At the very young age of 50, you are about to embark on the ride of your life. Drive safe and ride often
