well it was another perfect day for a ride. we saddled up for pikes peak state park. leaves are turning but their not at full color yet. the vtx is a fun machine and it gets 40.3 mpg, not bad for the 1800 is it. fuel was only 2.39 at manchester. i think we'll try a ride to dubuque tomarrow, its to hot for bowhunting. then go along the mississippi to bellevue then head back to cr . see ya, bill
