New to site/ New Bike

Hello all
I am new to the site, or should I say fairly new I have just been watching, and learning for the past couple of weeks. I also recently bought my bike. I am now trying to figure out where the bike nights are. I rode to Hotters this past Wednesday and it was pretty slow, has the location or night changed. I am in Coral Springs and looking for people to ride with.[/b]

Welcome to the VTX world. You had the right night but Wilma put a damper on things. Also if you want to ride south Miami on Thursday's, you can go to Fuddruckers. Holiday park on a Sunday morning is also nice. There are some in Palm Beach but I have not been there yet.

Well Sunshine, welcome. Myself and several from down your way often ride to BoneFish Creek on Wednesday nites, it's always posted here when we go. Thats on Okeechobee rd and Military behind the Boston Mkt.

Tuesday Nite is a bike night at the harley place on Military just south of Okeechobee. You might get a sneer or two but you will have a good time.

Not much else I can think of right now. Check here often cause someone will chime in with others.

I am the South Florida Co-ordinator (not that that means much) and will be posting something I've got up my sleeve soon for a big group ride. Stay tuned.

the hurricane has made everything a bit slow of late, but no worries. cooler weather is around the corner and i am sure that many of us will be riding all over the place.

Bonefish south is east of 441 on Atlantic, by the McDonald's. I will be getting there around 7. Probably be there til 930 or so.

It's cool all the stuff you guys do over on the right coast, but is there anything going on over here on the left coast? I'm a new resident in Ft. Myers looking for fellow riders for good times. Anybody in this area want to hook up for rides? I'm a 47 year old retired military officer and I ride a black 2003 VTX1800R. I'm unmarried, but I currently have a beautiful backseater. Give me a holler if you want to hook up. First round of drinks is on me!
