I was wondering what, if any the minimum age of a passenger is in PA. I cant seem to find anything on this and i'm sure someone out there knows the answer. I appreciate any info i can get.

There is no passenger age restriction in PA. Helmet law for under 21.

George,
I thought a passenger had to be 12 years of age or older in PA. Don't remember where I heard that. Thought it was when I went thru the Safety course. Might be wrong.

Brian, I went thru the whole vehicle code and couldn't find anything either. I guess if their head will fit in a DOT approved helmet and they can hold on they are big enough. :lol: My ten year old wears a medium already. The 14 year old fits in a large. That little man of yours ready?
