Oklahoma trip

Had my fill of all the devastation down here on the gulfcoast, so went to Stillwater Oklahoma for a few days. The 1300 handled the trip very well since I had that new Mustang seat on it. Took my time, and made the 650 mile trip in 13 hours. Its the first time I had taken it on a trip longer than a few hours.
Again, many thanks for all of you that sent your prayers down here to us. The coast is going to come out better than ever after this is over with. Lots of new plans being put in action with many improvements. When it is completed, all of you need to come and look at how it came out. Again, thanks everyone.

So, how did you like Stillwater and of course Eskimo Joe's?

I didnt have a chance to go to Eskimo Joes while I was there. All of my time was spent just trying to forget about all the mess caused down here by Hurricane Katrina. Sorry I missed it though. The ride caused me to get interested in long distance riding though. Because of this, I did a Saddlesore/Bunburner 1500 this week...all in 24 hours.
