New VTXer's

Hey guys I met 5 or 6 different Xer's in the Russellville/Dardanelle area yesterday in two different groups some were from LR and some were from Malvern and NONE of them had ever heard of the VTXOA or Hondadirectline. So we ALL need to get the word out everytime we meet a new Xer and then getting up state or local rides will be a piece of cake plus they'll be able to check out other mods and customizing ideas out there that we all enjoy plus they might save themselves a buck or two. It is not in the interest of the Stealerships to let folks know about this website...God forbid someone didn't pay stealerships prices for goodies. My stealer was particular pissed when I bought all my stuff from Hal and asked them to put it on....I've almost decided to take my bike up to Russelville for service.....I also have met several x-ers that of course have never heard of this site...Let's be sure to tell em how to get in the Arkansas users group too.....I am down with that ride to the parkway...will be fun as hell. I'd love to see that lodge up there surrounded by X's....sweet...Let's get this party started.....peace out.

I hear ya man. I tell anyone who cares about it. There is power in no.s. I think there are 3300 members in the forum and growing everyday. Maybe one of these days Honda will take a hint and reduce they're pricy accesories. Stranger things have happened before.lol. Later, Greg....

They always say don't have a freed up mechanic so I just ended up putting on everything myself. Johnstons motorcycle shop mounts all my tires for me and they don't care if I bought them from Hal or not. Mention the deals you get from HDL at Honda and they say they've never heard of them, the same guy has told me that 3 times and if I went in tommorrow he'd probably say it again. But I'm just telling you the facts from my experiences and not just bitching because I guess its their freedom of rights to work for you or not. Point is NONE of the stealers are gonna tell customers about VTXOA because of its ties to HDL so it is up to us to get the word out for our fellow Xer's. Later, BP
