A slight delay [Archive]

I got a little clumsy at home on Friday while trying to put Christmas decorations away. I tore a tendon away from the bone and had part of the bone break away with it. Doc says I will be down for 3-4 weeks. I dont think that I will miss any riding but I know that the bike will be disassembled for longer than expected... :cry:

Sorry to hear about your bad luck at least it's not summer and you're loosing riding time. Let me know if you need help putting your bike back together Id be happy to come over and give you a hand.

Awww man. I start a new job tomorrow (mon) but off on weekends. Need a hand (not a foot) lemme know.

Dang bro sorry for your "Christmas Decoration Crash" You shoulda made up a big ole story how 4 or 5 .......no wait.........it was 7 1% Outlaws jumped you because you were ......uhhh...yeahhh ... sticking up for VTX bikes and you was putting the hurt on em but...hmmm...one snuck up and hit you in the leg with a baseball bat..nah..it was a pipe, yeah.thats it a pipe.....like that ice skater Nancy(whatshername) got hit with a pipe.Yeahhhh thats what happen. I just got back from the doc and he says I should be almost back to normal in about 3 weeks. I appreciate all of the offers for help on getting the X back together, but I think I have it handled. All this extra time will give me some more time to polish some more aluminum parts, the front forks are done and the floorboards are next.

BTW here is another pic of the new paint.
