I thought there would be too much salt on the roads to ride. As much as I wanted to, I wound up pussin out. :cry:

When I left for Thur. morn. breakfast at 7:35 the roads were wet but not frosty. Was just a little cautious on the turns till I headed for home at 9. The at noon had to go back to Keno, Warden left her book at the dentist. Took the long way home.... was great.

Down here in the valley by me, the roads stay pretty frosty till the sun gets up high enough, and I aint putting the bike down for one ride, but I also had another problem. I got a few parts off the bike, being painted :D , hard to ride her with that stuff off. Waiting for my new seat, and its getting to me a bit, but they said end of Jan, or begining of feb.

Too much salt on the roads here and since I worked 7:30 - 5:00 there wasn't any daylight left. Besides I'd just washed and polished the night before.

I was out!!! I put 50 miles on! What a great day to ride. No salt on the roads around me.

Had a pack of Hardley's going the same route I was, I stopped at a gas station on the route for a pop. A few minutes later they all pulled in fueled up and when they went to leave, 2 of them would'nt statrt!!!! :lol: Maybe they were out of oil! :shock: They should be on VTX's. Oh well it could happen to any of us right? 8)
