VTXOA Picnic, Greenville AL, 03/25/06

It's a long ride, but thought I'd put this up here and see if anyone was interested.

"Hey guys & gals,
I can hear spring coming! Can you? I am trying to put together a Picnic for VTXOA, and all of our biker friends. The location will be Sherling Lake Park in Greenville, Alabama, on Saturday March 25, 2006 (I have pavilion 1 reserved for us). I plan on serving hotdogs and hamburgers and the usual fixin's. There will be a "Donation" bucket, and all proceeds will benefit the CMA's Run for the Son fundraiser. I will post directions with pictures a little later. Please let me know if you can attend, I would love to see us overfill the park with bikes! (I also need a rough estimate to plan food by).

Sounds good Wood. I'll try to make it and see if my Dad and step-mom can ride down from Tunnel Hill, GA too. Go ahead and plan four eaters for me. Where the heck is Greenville, AL. I lived in North AL most of my life and have never heard of it.

Greenville looks to be about 50-60 miles south of Montgomery.
