How long to get your certificate, once you mail in forms?

I along with three buddies completed our first saddle sore in November,
The iron butt assoc, has not cashed our ch ecks yet and we haven't heard a word, is this normal? :

Yeah, It took almost 3 months for us to receive our certs. They are all volunteers and check everything out pretty closely. Wait a bit, it'll arive.
