250/280 rear tire-who-how-where?

Am planning on building a metric chopper, have seen only one X with the 250 rear tire(1800) anyone know who-where-how to get ahold of a kit to modify the swingarm? I am debating on using a X or a Warrior-any help appreciated-keithbighead-nawlins- 8)
