Anyone interested in ordering one of these? I was thinking I might - you can add any text around the 'X' and you can even pick the colour of the 'X'.

Got a price from a local guy last night on the way home from work - he reckons that this pattern is too detailed to use the thicker chrome type thread so I got him to quote on a light grey which still looks ok on black. The hat with mask embroided (filled in - not just the outline) in a light grey cotton would cost $13 each but there is a $55 set up fee that would need to be factored in as well. That means if we got 10 done they would be about $18.50 each or 5 done would be $24 each. If you want some text on the back of the hat is will cost another $4. If we can get enough people interested I would like to do it.

What does everyone else think????

I gave up on the idea of caps as I could not find anyone to do em for a reasonable price. Since then, I have been looking into getting some patches made up and have found a guy who's work looks good and does not want huge set up fees like most of the other embrioderers. I may ask him whether he could do it for us.

Regarding the patches, would you be interested in one?? I would prefer to get an "Australian" patch rather than a state patch for us simply because of the numbers, but one of the guys up here says he would prefer to have Queensland on it.

If I can get you and Black 2002 interested in one or two of them I would change the wording to "Down Under" or "Australian" instead of "Queensland".

The price I have been given on this design is $9 each, which is good value. I am about to send him the final design too, so if you reckon you would want one let me know.
