GPS Mount

Does anyone have or seen a gps mount that is not the RAM type. I'm looking for the type that clamps on the hars and the gps snaps into it. I have seen them on a site but cant remember whish one. I have a Magellan roadmate 300.
The reason I'm shying away from the ram mount is because they have a part that screws on the back of the unit and covers the mount that I use in the car and I dont want to have to keep switching mounting plates.

I bought one that is used on 4-wheelers. It is very sturdy and works well. Not fancy. Clamps to the bars and is easy to see.

I think it kind of depends on the model of GPS you have. I have RAM mounts for my Garmin 2610 and it snaps into a clamp holder.

Several searches turned up the screw attached type of mount (not just RAM) for yours.

I ordered the Lawrence Iway 500c and ordered my mounting bracket from here http://www.MountingInnovations.com . It has a quick release feature with an extra thumb latch for security. Still waiting to receive it.
