I have been looking into getting a GPS for my X and was wondering if anyone has any experience (good or bad) with the Tom Tom Rider. They say the touch screeen works well with gloves on. I have put off getting a GPS because I love riding my 1800 and dont mind getting lost(I wonder were that road goes!!). Thanks for any help.

Ive heard more bad reviews than good on the Rider.. I was anticipating getting this one myself until I saw this:

Garmin c550 (http://www.garmin.com/products/sp550/)

This looks like the unit to beat.. integrated traffic receiver, bright screen and a better mapping system (NAVTEQ) as well as the newer SirfSTARIII GPS chipset which is more sensitive than previous versions of GPS chipsets.

Im waiting for this one to drop and Im going to grab one...
