new tyres & springs on

Hi, I had a ride out today, :D (sunny) after fitting new tyres. Metz 880's 140/70/18 up front & 200/60/16 rear, nice fat pair of tyres. 8) I have also done the fork springs while wheels were out, so this was first time out on them as well. Obviously I was taking it easy at first to scrub new tyres in, but what I can say is it's nice to feel the forks working and coming back up after braking which they never did before. But it does show up the back shockers which are bottoming out with just me on and are not upto the job, so will be looking at some quite soon.
