I stand corrected, that look screams VISION! ;)

Congrats on the new ride! The Vision isn't everyone's cup of tea, but I really like it and will probably my next bike purchase, just want to keep the X and I wish they would put the saddlebags the size of the CC on there. I agree with you about the less chrome too!
Congrats Steve. Not really a fan but that is why there are so many different kinds of rides. Have fun with it and be safe even if not completely sane!
Congrats!!! Good luck with her...
My Honda dealer recently became a Victory dealer and I always said if Victory would increase their dealer network and put one within an hour of my home I would give them a serious look.
Well now I had no excuse, so I went to the dealer and gave them a close look.
Did not like the Vision. ( made me think whoever had that vision must have been sleeping and had a nightmare )
The dealer manager told me to give the Victory CC a look and I asked if he had one. He said they had one but it was at the bike show, so I went there to look at it.
It's a nice bike and all that, but I want a bike specifically for long haul touring and luggage capacity is important for me.
I'm not a large sized man, nor am I a small sized man ..... I guess I am average and that makes me lucky because the Gold Wing is the perfect fit and our next purchase.
Great luggage capacity and fantastic comfort for those " all day in the saddle " rides.
For fun around town I will keep the X's, both of them! ;)
good on you Steve now you & Clyde need to hook up and ride out here and take your time riding with me in Idaho. Ya all blast through the states in such a hurry. ;) ~M
TCB has one and he love it, Smitt
Here's the numbers:
GW (including fairing pockets) 150 liters http://www.motorcycle.com/manufactur...led-90438.html
XC Tour 156.7 liters http://www.motorcycle-usa.com/645/10...irst-Look.aspx
I think he's getting teh Vision and the Cross Country mixed up like a lot of people do. The Vision is short on space, the saddlebags are downright puny for how huge they look on the outside. Cross country saddlebags are HUGE even compared to the Harley bags.
Congratulations on your new ride. I pulled the trigger on a 2010 Vision tour premium 2 years ago and never looked back.
Congratulations are certainly in order for you!!!
I traded my VTX 1800 for a Vision 8-Ball and love it. The comfort factor is off the scale with lots of weather and wind protection. Someone mentioned 50 mpg, I'm getting closer to 42. You can go about 220-ish before you need to get gas, more than double what the X could do.
