With that he was...

I noticed in the photo that Mr Chuck has both bags and a sissy bar on his VTX. I am struggling to get these both mounted on my bike and wondered if you would share what saddle bag mounts you used...

1300R with MS 19" - no problems

Wow, glad I didn't read all these posts before I bought my windshield last year. I would say it might be a height thing, I am only 5'4", but my head is a couple of inches above the windshield as...

Ace is the place

Glad to know there are others that have wrestled with this. Not being very mechanical I wasn't sure if it was me.

In the past when I have had challenges like this I have ridden the bike over to my...

Options?

Well, I can see a way to make the parts work. However, the saddle bag mounts that I have use about an inch of space between the saddle bag and the bike and with the Kuryakn mounts I would need...

Kuryakn backrest mounting brackets

I am sure others have dealt with this before. I have Willie and Max saddlebags and a universal mounting kit for them. I bought a Kuryakn backrest (sissy bar) so I can use it for attaching a bag for...

Just did my oil change

By no means an expert, but I just did my oil change this morning. I went to the local Auto supply place and picked up Mobil One v-twin oil. It was a lot cheaper than Honda's oil, but then I was...

Having purchased a brand new 1300 Retro a few months back I can tell you what I found.

The dealers were overloaded with 1800's and in fact, you could buy a 2007 1800 for the same price as a 1300....

Accident pays for itself

I got in an accident years ago on my old ACE 750. Driver ran a stop sign and the car in front of me screeched to a halt. I think most of the damage came from the bike falling hard to the pavement.
