I had a very similar problem with blow a fuse the same - mine would only blow when i sat down on the seat - after i and others looked at way too much the dealer found the problem just freaky enough...

Any tips on getting the stock pipes lined up so the mufflers slide on? I can't seem to get it it with tightening the pipes first or leaving them a bit loose to move.
