I have a set.
If it fits the R and S, it should fit the N. The only thing different from the R/S and the N are the fenders.
Park it with a full tank of gas and start it up 2-3 months later and ride. The bike will be in TX. You will be fine.
The passenger seat is different for the N and the R. The driver seat is interchangeable.
Do you have the tips for sale or the exhaust?
That's a great deal! Clean it up and put some white walls on it when you change the tires and you will have a great looking bike! Congrats!

I think $3,000 is a great price. I wouldn't take $3,000 for mine. You still have over 100k miles to ride. You will always be able to get your money back.
As far as mileage is concern - that's nothing to worry about. There are several with more than 150K on their bikes. I have about the same mileage on mine, same bike and wouldn't hesitate to ride it...
