One more thing, for anyone that would like to help out.
In a few weeks, I will be organizing a fund raiser Poker Run here locally. All of the proceeds will go to help Johnny pay his medical bills.

I know that this is a huge board with members scattered far and wide. I also know that most everyone here helps out local charities and folks that need help in their neck of the woods. This happened in my neck of the woods and Johnny is a personal friend of mine (that I met through this great board). That being said, if anyone wants to donate to help Johnny's cause, PM me and we'll go over details. All the money raised will be used to help Johnny and his family.

Lord Jesus, in your name, I want to pray and lift up Johnny before you for healing. Not only for healing of his injuries, but for his inner strength to cope with his pain and for a quality of resting which will aid him in a speedy recovery.

Lord, I ask for You to address the concerns that are causing anxiety and stress for family members and others that know Johnny at this time.

Lord, I believe that You will guide the hands and skills of the doctors and nurses to bring about healing for Johnny. Only You, Lord, have the power to bring about a miraculous healing.

A few years ago I went to pray for a lady in the hospital who had suffered a stroke over her entire left side of her body. (As ministers, we do alot of hospital visitations. Previously, I would go into the room and give some flowery half hearted prayer to comfort and restore).
Rose was from our church, and I knew she had alot of faith in Jesus for healing. She couldn't talk. Her tongue was also froze. As I entered her room, I felt the Holy Spirit say, "Stay here and pray for awhile. I want to teach you something." I called the church and said I'd be late.

As I began to pray, that same spirit said "Speak to her toes." To whom I responded "Her toes don't have ears." But in obedience, I began speaking to to her left foot. I quoted several scriptures to those toes about the stripes Jesus took for their healing. Then I commanded those toes to begin to twinkle. Sure enuff the four toes began moving. But the big toe stayed stiff. "Oh no you're not! Big toe; I command you to move too!" Then it started wiggling. WOW! I had never seen this before. "Speak to her foot" the Spirit said. Hey Why not? Something's going on here.

I said "FOOT! The word of God says 'By His stripes we are healed.' So I command you to obey the Word of God and move." Sure enuff, It kicked into action. Then her leg came into obedience, and her left arm, fingers and all. She had an IV in her arm and I hoped she wouldn't pull it out. At this time her whole left side was in full operation. Her husband and my wife were really surprised. I was overwhelmed! She still had no vocal ability at this time.

In putting my hand on the back of her neck and head, I commanded in Jesus Name for every nerve to be restored and no blockage in her communication skills. I prayed for quite a long time. Looking up, I asked her to say "Hallelujah!" She was snoring. "This aint right!" I thought to myself. "She's supposed to start talking and singing!" I turned to her husband, "I guess we're done for now." He smiled and gave Patty and I a hug as we went home. All the way home I was excited and confused.

Later that evening, she sat up and said to her husband, "I need to call our children." in the clearest most understandable way. As she slept, Jesus healed every part of her. She now is part of the church dance team and mows her yard every week.

Johnny and family, I share that long story to tell you, God is a healing God. His name is Jehovah Rapha- the Lord our healer. He is going to restore your muscles, bones, and every system/function in your body. Are you ready? Let's pray.

Father God, We come in the name of Jesus Christ your only son. You spoke through your prophet Isaiah "By His stripes we were healed." Your word says you are no respector of persons and you love each of us the same. You sent your Word and healed us from every disease. You've given us authority over sickness. In the Spirit we now lay our hands on Johnny for this miracle healing. I speak first to those broken bones. In the name of Jesus of Nazareth, I call you to restore right now. All pain and infection I comand to stop now. Every muscle tissue and nerve miraculously restores. All swelling leaves now. You will feel a coolness like a breeze flow over your body right now. That's the power of the Holy Spirit working on you. You Johnny were fearfully and wonderfully made in God's image. I speak to the nervous system. All blocked nerves be unblocked. All cuts and bruises begin healing now, by the authority of the blood of the Lamb. By this authority I come against all fear and torment. I replace it with strong faith. Johnny will walk by faith and not by sight. With God, all things are possible. Lord, comfort the family with divine sleep and peaceful rest. Provide for their every need according to Your riches in glory. Bless all the dr's, nurses, and technicians. Amaze them daily as he heals before their eyes. amen

Myself, now being the spokesperson for the family of Johnny (on this board, until he is well enough to speak for himself), would like to thank everyone for their prayers and contributions to Johnny and his family.
