    Just curious Onemore...I know how you'd convert a 'retro' to a 'tourer' by adding saddlebags, windshield, backrest, etc... but how do you make an '07 into an '08??? Not criticizing...just curious. Isn't an '07 always an '07?

    SoMe that is all i did. Not that it is a 08 jus tmade to look like a 08 tourer. I even added the front fender "TOURER"
    stick on emblem. I wanted a 08 Tourer but not to many to be found due to the # of leftovers at the dealers. I dealt with Absolute Powersports in Gorham NH and they were offering a 07R with the exact set up of a 08T for $1500 less. Plus i got the color i wanted in a 07, Deep Red Metallic.

    From Bangor....living in DC at the moment. 2003 VTX 1800C. Rode it up over Labor Day weekend. Talk about "target practice." 4-wheel drivers suck sometimes!

    I see it's been a while since anyone posted in this thread, but I see a few of you are close by.

    I live in Dayton. A few of you are 15 minutes away, give or take.

    I see Bentley's is having a ride this weekend, June 6th(rain date June 7th)in honor of Chris Collin. Looks to be a nice ride up to Farmington, NH.

    I'm assuming they'll take 99 out of Kennebunk up to 202 and over to NH, the up rt 11 to Farmington.

    Any one already plan on going?

    DONT LIVE IN MAINE BUT OWN PROPERTY IN FIVE ISLANDS. And have been going there every chance i get for 48 years (MOM was born and raised there)
