Questions about Grand Canyon trip?

Will be heading to the Grand Canyon the last week of April.
Have some questions.
Planning on staying in Flagstaff AZ for 4 days, anyone have a better suggestion?
What can we expect the weather to be like?
What’s the day and night temperatures at the end of April?
We (4 couples) are thinking the best place to stay would be a rental cabin or house, any suggestions?
Any must see things?
Any other comments are welcome.

Been on both rims, but I found I really like the North Rim more. Mainly because there are a lot less people. You have to make reservations for camping way early.

hey shot , great time to visit the great state of az. !! nights are very cold !!! days are warm in the sun but cool in the shade . do not go to the sky walk !!! if u have money to burn give it to the obama trust fund . the injuns rip u off !! take your own spy glasses . ware your clothes in layers , it will go from cold mornings to sunny & warm . just keep your eyes open on the weather channel or something like that . and keep your eyes pealed for the wild life ( on the road & in the bars ). and expct a crowd , the place will pack out . but you will really enjoy it more if you plan to double your time you plan to spend there ! but its a great ride !!! and if you want to know more p.m. me i'll tell you all you need to know . enjoy and take plenty of pictures . tom
